John oversees administration, the website, marketing, and other activities that leave Carpenter Real Estate Group free to focus on their clients. |

Rachel (unlicensed) has worked in the Real Estate industry since 2006 and joined the Carpenter Real Estate Group in 2008. Rachel brings a strong background in administration and systems which ensures all client transactions are handled quickly and efficiently. |

Richard Bell opened Bell Alliance in 2006. Bell Alliance is a firm that focuses on personalized service in the areas of real estate, wills and estates and small business. Richard and Bell Alliance is recognized for the extensive involvement of the lawyers in every file and the close advisory relationship they maintain with their clients and their clients’ other professional advisors to streamline the closing of real estate and mortgage transactions.

Stephanie Albiston practices in the areas of Real Estate and Wills and Estates with Bell Alliance. She obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member of the British Columbia Bar Association. Stephanie also completed her B.A. in History and French from the University of British Columbia. Committed to giving back to the community, Stephanie is personally involved in a number of charitable organizations and is heavily involved in the Bell Alliance charitable contributions.
